| If your computer system will not connect to the Internet or your system has a firewall that will not connect to our servers, then you can perform an “OFFLINE unlock” following the instructions below. |

1. Check the box under the serial number area to obtain the offline unlocks information. |
| |
|
2. If you have unlocked your code before and you had a computer crash or your Adobe Reader updated to a newer version, then your serial number/unlock code may be required to be reset. Please run the serial number reset program (Online Unlock). You can find your serial number: |
| Located on your receipt if you purchased a download version. |
| Located on a sticker on the plastic sleeve if the disc was in the back of a book. |
| Located lower center on the back of the DVD case. |
| Located under the zipper portion of the mailer. |

3. You will need to provide the following information into the system to generate your “OFFLINE unlock” number: Serial number, Document ID, and Access Code.

Once you have entered the information, select the GENERATE Button. Once the code has been generated, place it into the document and select “OFFLINE unlock.”
